Godrej Agrovet Limited has appointed Ravishankar A. as its new Chief Financial Officer. Ravishankar brings a wealth of expertise in managing intricate market landscapes, executing disciplined strategic initiatives, and fostering sustainable corporate growth. His deep financial leadership will be vital as the company enhances its product portfolio and expands operations across the agricultural value chain.
Before stepping into his current executive role, Ravishankar A. spent more than two decades at Unilever, driving financial strategy across diverse business functions and international markets. He culminated his tenure there as the Vice President of Finance for Beauty & Wellbeing in South Asia. Ravishankar began his career in the technology sector as a Software Engineer at IGATE before pivoting to consumer goods as a Business Leadership Trainee in 2006.
He holds an MBA Degree in Finance & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Kerala.
