Gujarat Fluorochemicals appoints Jayendrasinh Vaghela as Head – Technology Transfer

Vaghela brings nearly two decades of experience in technology transfer, process engineering, and project management across the chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors

Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited has appointed Jayendrasinh Vaghela as Head – Technology Transfer. In this role, he leads technology transfer by overseeing process scale-up, engineering integration, and commercialization, ensuring seamless manufacturing operations. He drives the adoption of new platforms and manages the transition from development to full-scale production.

Vaghela brings nearly two decades of experience in technology transfer, process engineering, and project management across the chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors.

Prior to this, he served as Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager at PI Industries Ltd, where he played a key role in technology transfer and scale-up operations.

Earlier, he held leadership and technical roles at Deepak Group Co, Ipca Laboratories Limited, Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Unimark Remedies Ltd, and Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, building deep expertise in process development and new product commercialization.
