Lal Krishna Sahani has joined Shiva Performance Materials, building next-generation products with unmatched technological expertise, as Unit Head for Karakhadi unit.
He is responsible for end-to-end plant operations, capacity expansion, process stabilization, and implementation of cost-effective and sustainable manufacturing practices. His current focus includes scaling up specialty products such as acrylic derivatives and strengthening infrastructure through advanced utilities and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.

Prior to this, Lal Krishna Sahani was associated with Unitop Chemicals as Operations Head, leading plant operations with a strong emphasis on throughput enhancement, yield improvement, resource optimization, and adherence to stringent EHS and quality standards. He was actively involved in troubleshooting critical process issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
He has earlier worked with Thirumalai Chemicals Limited as Site Head, where he managed integrated plant operations, statutory compliance, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring safe and efficient handling of large-scale chemical processes.
He started his career with Expanded Polymer Systems Pvt. Ltd., where he developed a strong foundation in polymer and specialty chemical manufacturing, process control, and plant commissioning activities.
Over the years, he has built core strengths in plant commissioning, debottlenecking, process intensification, utility management, and team leadership, and strongly believes in disciplined execution, data-driven decision-making, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational reliability.
