Navin Fluorine’s CEO- Specialty Business and Chief Supply Chain Officer resign

Nitin G. Kulkarni, Managing Director, will directly oversee the Specialty Business with assistance of relevant team members

Amrit Singh, CEO- Specialty Business, has tendered his resignation from the services of the company effective from the close of business hours of February 10, 2025 to pursue interests outside Navin Fluorine International. Going forward, Nitin G. Kulkarni, Managing Director, will directly oversee the Specialty Business with assistance of relevant team members.

R. Janakiraman, Chief Supply Chain Officer, has tendered his resignation from theservices of the Company effective from the close of business hours of December 31, 2024 to pursue interests outside the Company. The company will induct in due course, a senior professional for the post of Chief Supply Chain Officer.
