Nilkanth Natu has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a key managerial personnel by the board of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited (SCIL) effective 28th July, 2020. 

 

As a part of internal restructuring, Vivek Thakur, General Manager - Finance and Acting CFO would continue to be with the company and shall work with Nilkanth Natu in realizing the growth potential of the company.

 

Nilkanth Natu is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience in accounts and finance management. His areas of expertise are strategic planning, financial reporting, treasury management, working capital management, budgeting and management reporting, audit and internal control and reporting of statutory compliances.

 

He has been associated with reputed companies like Wipro, Thermax, Automobile Corporation of Goa and Satyam Computer Services. 

 

Natu has a Masters Degree in Commerce from Pune University and a qualified Chartered Accountant with consistent and remarkable academic performance. He has also completed Level III of CFA from the US.
