PCBL Chemical Limited has appointed Sanjay Prabhakar Ghawghawe as Chief of Manufacturing Operations and Executive Director, with effect from 5 January 2026.
Ghawghawe brings about 29 years of industry experience, including roles at Owens Brockway, Hindustan Unilever, Reliance Petro Marketing, Asian Paints and Avery Dennison (India). His most recent position was Chief Manufacturing Operations at Pidilite Industries.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Business Management and Research, Pune University.
