Pidilite Industries Limited has appointed Amit Agarwal as CFO Designate. In his new role, Agarwal will bring his expertise in financial strategy, business performance, to support the company’s financial leadership.
Agarwal has more than 22 years of experience in the areas of finance functions including accounting, reporting, audit, control etc. He has worked in reputed companies like Pfizer Limited, Hindustan Unilever Limited and Vedanta Resources Limited.
He is a Chartered Accountant, a Cost Accountant and a Company Secretary.
