Ketan Sablok being a Group Chief Financial Officer will act as the Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from May 1, 2023
Manasi Nisal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Rosary Biotech is being elevated to the position of Senior Vice President and will be accordingly transitioning into the role of Strategy and Business Analytics.
Accordingly, Nisal will cease to be CFO of the company with effect from close of business on April 30, 2023.
She has been associated with the company as Chief Financial Officer from November, 2019. She has over 24 years of experience in the field of Finance, Audit, Merger & Acquisitions, and Organic and Inorganic growth process.
Previously, she was associated with Raymond Apparel, Shriram Transport Finance Company and Huechem Textiles. Nisal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Consequent to the above and on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and approval of the Board of Directors of the company, Ketan Sablok being a Group Chief Financial Officer will act as the Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from May 1, 2023.
He has been associated with the company as Group Chief Financial Officer from November, 2021. He has over 25 years of rich experience in Strategic Finance functions, Taxation, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Accounts. Sablok has contributed enormously in the process of acquisitions, capital expansion projects, disinvestments, forging partnerships and implementing a robust budgeting system. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India.
