Schneider Electric Infrastructure has appointed Omkar Prasad as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 16, 2025.
This follows the resignation of Suparna Banerjee Bhattacharyya, who is leaving the company to pursue career opportunities outside the organization. Her resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on September 15, 2025.
Prasad brings over two decades of experience in finance controllership, tax compliances, risk management, and digital transformation. He is currently serving as a Chief Accounting Officer for Greater India at Schneider Electric.
