David Bradley departs following successful tenure
SI Group, a leading global developer and manufacturer of performance additives, process solutions, and chemical intermediates, has appointed Marcello Boldrini as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Boldrini takes over from David Bradley, who held the role of President and CEO since 2019.
Boldrini is a global executive with 30+ years of leadership in the specialty chemicals and materials industry. Throughout his career spanning Europe, Asia, and the Americas, he has a proven track record of driving massive organizational growth. Most recently, as CEO and Director of Kraton Corporation, he built a Transformation Office that captured over $100 million in annual EBITDA improvements. He also brings deep industry expertise from prior senior leadership roles at Houghton International, Momentive/Hexion, and Ashland.
