Vasudevan has experience spanning over 24 years in the field of Human Resources
SRF Limited has officially appointed Jyothsana Vasudevan as its new President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) w.e.f October 5, 2026.
Vasudevan (47 years) has experience spanning over 24 years in the field of Human Resources and has held key leadership positions in reputed organisations across various industries such as renewable energy, manufacturing, technology, supply chain, shared services, and consumer durables.
In her last assignment she was working as a Sr. Vice President & Head HR at Avaada Manufacturing which is in the renewable energy business manufacturing solar cells and modules, glass and related ancillaries. She has experience in developing HR strategy, redesigning operating models,
strengthening people-process governance and supporting organisations undergoing rapid growth and structural transformation. She also spent nearly 17 years with Shell in various HR leadership roles.
At Avaada Manufacturing, her stated responsibilities included building the HR strategy for a growing renewable-energy manufacturing platform and re-engineering processes for IPO readiness.
She completed her degree in Master’s in human resources from Indraprastha University, Delhi with a Gold Medal and is a Co-author of a UN Gender Compact award-winning whitepaper on Women at Workplace. She is also a pro-bono HR Advisor to Brooke India (UK NGO).
