Sudarshan Chemical appoints Sandeep Mandot as Global EHS Head

Sandeep held senior EHS leadership positions at Wockhardt Ltd., Jubilant Organosys Limited. (Gajraula) U.P, PI Industries Ltd, and, most recently, at Navin Fluorine International Ltd.

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. (SCIL) has appointed Sandeep Mandot as Global EHS Head. In his new role, Mandot will spearhead EHS initiatives across SCIL’s global operations.

Mandot brings a wealth of his expertise, which includes Workplace and Process Safety Management, Risk Management, Environmental Sustainability, Responsible Care, Incident Investigation and Emergency Preparedness.

Before Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited, Sandeep held senior EHS leadership positions at Wockhardt Ltd., Jubilant Organosys Limited. (Gajraula) U.P, PI Industries Ltd, and, most recently, at Navin Fluorine International Ltd., where he served as Vice President – Corporate Head EHS & Sustainability.

A Chemical Engineering graduate from NIT Surathkal, Sandeep also holds Postgraduate diplomas in Industrial Safety and Environmental Technology. He has completed advanced certifications such as Functional Safety Engineer from TÜV Rheinland, ESG from IIM Mumbai, and an Executive Leadership Program from Indian Institute of Management Udaipur.
