Artenberg has a proven track record in operational excellence, transformation, and performance management, having led global teams with a combination of strategic vision and disciplined execution.

Arnaud Valenduc takes on the role of President of Syensqo’s Specialty Polymers Business Unit. He brings deep expertise in strategy, business development, and transformation in the chemicals industry.

Since 2022, Valenduc has served as Business Director at INEOS Inovyn and as a member of its Executive Committee and Board. Between 2003 and 2022, he held multiple senior leadership roles at Solvay, including Head of Transformation, CEO of Solvay Indupa (Argentina/Brazil), and Regional Business Manager in Asia, driving performance improvements and strategic growth.

“His deep financial and commercial acumen, customer-led focus, transformation expertise and international business experience will support faster progress within Specialty Polymers,” Syensqo said, highlighting that his ELT appointment will reinforce group-wide alignment on customer centricity, technology development, and accelerated decision-making.

Arnaud Wisnia joins as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, bringing a wealth of experience in strategy, innovation, and transformation in the chemicals and advanced materials sectors.
