UPL Ltd. has appointed Bikash Prasad as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 1 June 2025, after the retirement of Anand Vora. Prasad brings over 25 years of global finance leadership across the agri, food, and FMCG sectors.
Prasad was most recently President & CFO at Olam Agri, where he led finance transformation, governance, IPO readiness, and digital initiatives across multiple markets.
A Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a member of IMA (USA), Bikash has played a key role in driving strategic finance and ESG alignment throughout his career.
