Dr. R. Suresh Kumar has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Yasho Industries Limited with effect from September 11, 2024.
Dr. Kumar brings with him a proven record of accomplishment in industries like tyres, FMCG, pharma, automobiles, textiles, chemicals, and power & cables during a twenty-nine-year career span. In October 2023, he was awarded PhD for his exceptional thesis on Performance Management.
Previously he has held pivotal roles such as Executive President – Strategy & Chief Human Resources Officer at Polycab India Limited, Senior Vice President - Human Resources at Mafatlal Industries Ltd. He was also associated with companies such as J. K. Tyres & Industries, Hindustan Unilever Limited, ACG Capsules Pvt. Ltd., Ford, etc.
