NEOS and the University of Oxford are launching a new world-leading institute to combat the growing global issue of antimicrobial resistance (AMR)
The businesses will be known as INEOS Acetyls and INEOS Aromatics.
This significant deal will take ca. 25% of Northwester2’s renewable electricity.

As per deal, Ineos will purchase Sasol's 50% share of the venture at La Porte, Texas
As per MoU, both companies will jointly investigate opportunities for the production and supply of hydrogen as well as the worldwide deployment of hydrogen applications and technologies.
The new business will have its headquarters in the U.K. and aims to build capacity to produce hydrogen across the INEOS network of sites in Europe, in addition to partner sites where hydrogen can accelerate decarbonization of energy
