Azelis and Imerys expand distribution partnership into CEE and the Balkans

Effective 1 December 2026, Azelis will extend its distribution agreement with Imerys for their Plastics, Adhesives and Sealants, and Paints and Coatings products

Azelis, a prominent innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients sector, has extended its distribution agreement with Imerys, a global leader in mineral-based specialties.

Effective 1 December 2026, Azelis will extend its distribution agreement with Imerys for their Plastics, Adhesives and Sealants, and Paints and Coatings products across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia, N. Macedonia, Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Building on a successful partnership in the UK, Türkiye and parts of the Middle East and Africa over the past five years, this agreement broadens the collaboration into new territories. It strengthens Azelis's portfolio in the region and provides customers with access to a broader range of formulation solutions, supported by local technical expertise.

Imerys strengthens its market presence across Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans through Azelis's established customer network, local presence, and technical expertise.

Azelis expands its Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers (CASE) and Advanced Materials and Additives (AM&A) portfolio with complementary mineral solutions, strengthening its offering across the region.
