Univar completes acquisition of Kale Kimya

Univar Solutions, a leading global solutions provider to users of specialty ingredients and chemicals, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Turkish specialty chemicals distributor Kale Kimya.

Kale Kimya is a leading regional specialty chemicals distributor that is a well-known leader in the Beauty and Personal Care and Home and Industrial Cleaning markets.
