L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Onshore has secured a six-year engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) Framework Agreement with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO).
This positions the company to compete for a pipeline of major oil and gas projects in the Gulf nation.
Under the agreement, L&T has been selected as one of four EPC contractors eligible to participate in PDO's upcoming front-end engineering design (FEED) and EPC projects during the contract period. The company will leverage its integrated engineering and execution capabilities, global expertise and innovation to support PDO's future project requirements.
The agreement further strengthens the long-standing partnership between L&T and PDO while expanding the Indian engineering major's presence in Oman's energy sector.
