Premier Tech has launched its latest packaging innovation, the Auto Bag Transfer Unit BES-1090-A, a semi-automatic bagging enhancement designed to eliminate manual bag handling and streamline production lines.

 

Positioned as a bridge between manual and fully automated systems, the new unit automatically transfers filled bags from the filling spout directly to the stitching station—removing the need for an additional operator and tightening workflow efficiency.

 

The system is built to slot into existing semi-automatic setups and is aimed at manufacturers looking to boost output without a full line overhaul. It supports pillow and gusseted bags up to 50 kg, with adjustable dimensions ranging from 900–1200 mm in length and 450–550 mm in width. Despite its capabilities, the unit maintains a compact footprint of 2180 mm x 2906 mm x 2065 mm.

 

Safety and usability are central to the design, with acrylic doors, light curtains, and integrated safety switches built in to protect operators while maintaining continuous operation.
