Aramco, the world's biggest oil producer, has recently unveiled as many as 17 new MoUs and agreements worth over $30 billion, sharpening its energy footprint into the US.

The latest slate of deals — announced at the US-Saudi Investment Forum 2025 in Washington, DC — follows 34 MoUs in May valued at $90 billion. And it also reinforces Aramco's fast-deepening commercial partnership that now totals about $120 billion in potential collaborations this year.

Together, they mark one of Aramco’s most aggressive US engagement drives in decades, spanning LNG, advanced materials, financial services, and strategic procurement.

Aramco said the agreements support its long-term growth plan, bolster shareholder value, and broaden cooperation with major American firms. The company’s ties to the US stretch back more than 90 years.

“Since the 1930s, US firms have played a major role in supporting the company’s success,” said Amin H. Nasser, Aramco President & CEO. “We expect the multi-billion-dollar MoUs announced today to act as a springboard for further progress, strengthening Aramco’s legacy of collaboration with American counterparties and unlocking new value creation opportunities.”

The key deals announced in liquefied natural gas space include midocean energy -- MoU exploring potential investment in the Lake Charles LNG Project. Also, Commonwealth LNG -- an agreement tied to a Louisiana liquefaction project and potential LNG and gas purchases by Aramco Trading.

The deal making burst include new and renewed contracts with major US suppliers including SLB, Baker Hughes, McDermott, Halliburton, NESR, KBR, Flowserve, NOV, Worley, and Fluor, all supporting core materials and services for Aramco’s global operations.
