Axens and Wison Engineering have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore collaboration opportunities on selected e-SAF projects based on the Fischer-Tropsch pathway.
This marks a step toward making sustainable aviation fuel projects more predictable, scalable and commercially deployable.
The collaboration brings together two complementary areas of expertise: Axens’ established process technology capabilities and Wison Engineering’s strengths in standardization, modularization, global supply-chain integration and international project execution.
Under the MoU, the companies will jointly assess practical approaches for executing e-SAF projects with a clear focus on reducing development complexity, improving cost and schedule predictability, accelerating deployment and enabling efficient replication across global markets.
The partnership comes as the e-SAF sector moves beyond the challenge of proving technology toward the more complex task of translating proven solutions into projects that can secure investment and reach commercial operation.
By combining technology expertise with standardized and modularized engineering and global execution capabilities, Axens and Wison Engineering aim to help project developers move more efficiently from project definition to final investment decision (FID) and, ultimately, commercial deployment.
