SarthhakAI wins 1st place at BuildAI organised by IndiaAI Mission and ITEL Foundation

The company was also selected for the JioGenNext Market Access Program (MAP) 2026 cohort by Reliance

SarthhakAI, a deeptech AI stratup building intelligence infrastructure for scientific R&D and manufacturing globally, has recently won the first place at the BuildAI Pitch Event organised by IndiaAI Mission and ITEL Foundation. 

BuildAI, a national-level deep-tech AI startup competition jointly organised by the IndiaAI Mission and the ITEL Foundation, is  designed to identify high-potential startups in India. After winning the initial round, SarthhakAI was shortlisted for the final round held in Chennai where shortlisted startups were asked to give a 15-minute presentation to the jury panel. SarthhakAI won the first place at the event and also won the winning prize of Rs. 2,00,000.

In another development, the company was also selected for the JioGenNext Market Access Program (MAP) 2026 cohort by Reliance Industries Limited. The JioGenNext Market Access Program is an initiative by JioGenNext, a dedicated arm of Reliance Industries Limited, designed to accelerate Indian startups by connecting them with the broader Reliance ecosystem. SarthhakAI was named as part of the MAP 2026 cohort, gaining the team access to senior leadership across the Reliance ecosystem and beyond, fellow founders, and venture partners in the Reliance network.

SarthhakAI is an AI startup company building intelligence infrastructure for scientific R&D and manufacturing. Its platforms - bodh Scientific, Episteme Labs, and Continuum Labs - are designed to transform how experiments, formulations, scientific reasoning, and industrial intelligence are conducted across science-heavy industries.

At the heart of SarthhakAI's work is bodh scientific, an AI-driven intelligence layer for R&D and industrial workflows, already live with enterprise deployments across the chemicals, materials, and life sciences sectors. The company is also developing Episteme Labs, focused on domain-specific large scientific models, and Continuum Labs, which will enable AI-driven autonomous laboratories powered by robotics and IoT systems.

SarthhakAI was co-founded by Satvik Kalra, who brings a biochemistry research background from University College London (UCL) and leads product, business development, and client onboarding, and Trapti Kalra (CTO), who leads all engineering and platform development.
