The company is also doubling down on OEM partnerships
Ingersoll Rand, the global industrial leader in mission-critical flow creation and air solutions, is stepping up its growth strategy for 2026 with a sharper focus on innovation, high-growth sectors, and deeper customer alignment across markets.
“At Ingersoll Rand, growth is not just about expanding reach—it’s about deepening relevance. We have built a strong foundation, and our next phase is about aligning more closely with high-growth sectors, investing in innovation, and strengthening our channel ecosystem.
"Our approach is simple—go where the growth is, and lead with value. We are not just preparing for the future—we are actively shaping it,” said Sampath Shetty, Business Director – Ingersoll Rand India, Oil-Free Solutions and Air and Gas Solutions.
Building on strong momentum from the previous year, the company is now sharpening its go-to-market approach to deliver sustained value rather than just scale.
A key pillar of the strategy is a strengthened channel ecosystem. Ingersoll Rand is expanding its dealer network across brands and product lines to improve reach and responsiveness, while investing in partner capability-building to accelerate delivery of tailored industrial solutions.
The company is also doubling down on OEM partnerships, deepening collaboration with original equipment manufacturers and offering application-specific solutions. This push is already fueling growth across electronics manufacturing, electric vehicles, and advanced industrial applications.
Innovation and energy efficiency remain at the core of the roadmap. Ingersoll Rand is investing in next-generation technologies, expanding its T30 compressor range, transitioning to high-efficiency IE5 motors, and introducing new offerings under its broader portfolio. It is also developing low-pressure transport air compressors aimed at emerging mobility and logistics applications.
The company’s strategy is closely tied to India’s industrial expansion, with a clear focus on sectors such as electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, renewable energy, and infrastructure-heavy industries like metals and steel.
In parallel, Ingersoll Rand is shifting toward a more service-led business model. It is strengthening aftermarket services through expanded service networks, digital integration, rentals, and service contracts—building a more resilient, recurring revenue base.
Demand for oil-free solutions is also rising, particularly in high-precision industries such as electronics and pharmaceuticals where air purity is critical. In response, the company is scaling its oil-free compressed air portfolio while enhancing local manufacturing and service capabilities to deliver more efficient, high-performance systems.
