Skipper’s CPVC pipes will now be powered by Lubrizol’s globally trusted Temprite Technology
Skipper Limited, one of India’s fastest-growing piping manufacturers, has struck a strategic alliance with global CPVC pioneer Lubrizol — a move set to reshape the country’s plumbing and water-management landscape.
Under the partnership, Skipper’s CPVC pipes will now be powered by Lubrizol’s globally trusted Temprite Technology, known for its durability, heat and pressure performance, and robust safety standards.
The collaboration positions Skipper to roll out next-generation piping systems offering superior microbial and corrosion resistance alongside 100% lead-free water flow. The companies say the result is cleaner, safer water delivery designed to meet world-class benchmarks.
“Partnering with Lubrizol reflects Skipper’s long-term commitment to world-class quality,” said Siddharth Bansal, Director, Skipper Pipes. “Temprite CPVC technology gives our consumers added assurance of safety and long life. Every home deserves water that is pure and delivered through the safest systems.” He added that the tie-up positions Skipper among India’s most trusted CPVC solution providers.
Lubrizol, the inventor of CPVC technology and a leader with six decades of global installations, brings its proven Temprite CPVC material to Skipper’s product lineup. The partnership blends “world science with Indian engineering,” offering plumbing systems engineered to last longer, perform stronger and reduce maintenance costs.
“Skipper’s dedication to quality and trust aligns closely with Lubrizol’s values,” said Abhishek Shirvastav, VP & Managing Director, Lubrizol IMEA. “Through our Temprite Technology, we are proud to support Skipper in bringing safe, durable, and future-ready CPVC solutions to the market.”
Temprite CPVC stands out for its strength and reliability in water-distribution systems worldwide — advantages now embedded across Skipper’s CPVC offerings. The combination, the companies say, provides an eco-friendly plumbing solution designed for reduced water loss and long-term operational savings.
To mark the launch, Skipper has rolled out a new digital video campaign featuring brand ambassador MS Dhoni, former Indian skipper. The campaign reinforces the company’s message: that every Indian home deserves purity of water matched by engineering that can be trusted for generations.
