Navin Fluorine commences commercial dispatch from expanded Dahej plant
Navin Fluorine International Limited has officially commenced commercial production and dispatch from its newly debottlenecked Multi-Purpose Plant (MPP) facility in Dahej, Gujarat.
The debottlenecking exercise was funded entirely through internal accruals at a modest cost of Rs. 75 crore. The expansion unlocks a significant peak revenue capacity estimated between Rs. 140 crore and Rs. 160 crore per annum.
Executed via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Navin Fluorine Advanced Sciences Limited, the capacity optimization project was completed on schedule following initial board approval in October 2025.

Madhya Bharat Agro Products Limited has officially started commercial production at its new 300 tonnes per day (TPD) phosphoric acid plant in Dhule, Maharashtra.
This operational launch marks a crucial milestone in the company’s backward integration strategy, designed to internally supply and support its upcoming complex chemical fertilizer (NPK/DAP) production vertical.
Commissioned in line with management's guided timeline, the timely execution of this project secures essential intermediate chemicals locally and significantly strengthens the company's long-term profit margin capabilities.
Exide Industries Invests Rs. 100 crore in battery subsidiary
Exide Industries has executed a fresh equity infusion of Rs. 100 crore into its wholly owned advanced chemistry battery subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions Limited (EESL), via a rights issue. This takes the company's total cumulative investment in the EV battery arm to Rs. 5,202 crore. Meanwhile, EESL has completed the commissioining of Phase-I, being 6 GWh lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility located at Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Kamataka. The facility has been established to manufacture advanced lithium-ion cells across multiple chemistries.
