Euler Motors has partnered with Jio-bp to ensure high asset utilization and fleet efficiency
Euler Motors and Jio-bp (the joint venture between Reliance Industries and bp) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to scale EV charging infrastructure across India’s busiest logistics hubs.
The agreement, signed by Rubin Pather (Jio-bp Head of Electric Mobility) and Ashish Tandon (Global Head of Customer Excellence at Euler Motors), focuses on increasing charging accessibility to accelerate the adoption of electric commercial vehicles among fleet operators nationwide.
To support the scaling of its new Euler TURBO EV 1000 and Storm EV fast-charge models, Euler Motors has partnered with Jio-bp to ensure high asset utilization and fleet efficiency.
As India’s most expansive charging network, Jio-bp offers nearly 7,000 charge points across 1,000+ locations, including pioneering 480 kW liquid-cooled charging technology. According to the official Euler Motors newsroom, this collaboration is designed to bridge the infrastructure gap, accelerate the adoption of electric commercial vehicles, and drive India toward its clean mobility targets.
This collaboration is designed to strengthen the EV ecosystem in India by ensuring targeted deployment of charging infrastructure where it is needed the most, benefiting commercial fleet customers and accelerating EV adoption.
Jio-bp Chairman Sarthak Behuria said, "India's transition towards sustainable mobility requires strong collaboration between vehicle innovation and energy infrastructure. Our partnership with Euler Motors represents a shared commitment to accelerating the electrification of commercial logistics, a segment that will play a decisive role in reducing urban emissions and improving freight efficiency. By combining Jio-bp's growing EV charging ecosystem with Euler Motors' purpose-built electric cargo vehicles, we aim to support India's evolving mobility needs while contributing meaningfully to the country's low-carbon future."
Further Jio-bp CEO, Akshay Wadhwa added, "At Jio-bp, we are focused on building a dependable, high-performance charging network that supports the operational realities of commercial EV fleets. Our collaboration with Euler Motors allows us to align Jio-bp pulse charging infrastructure with specialized electric cargo mobility solutions that are rapidly scaling across urban logistics. Together, we are enabling fleet operators to transition confidently to electric mobility by delivering reliable charging access, optimized uptime, and enhanced operating efficiency, further strengthening India's EV ecosystem."
