Aarti Surfactants to raise Rs. 49.60 crores through rights issue
The Right Issue Committee of the Board of directors of Aarti Surfactants has approved the following terms of the Rights Issue. Instrument: Partly paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each upto Rs. 49.60 crores. Appointment of Merchant Banker: Fedex Securities Private Limited has been appointed as 'Lead Manager / Merchant Banker' in respect of the said issue and to carry out the process of due diligence.
