The Board of Directors of Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers approved the allotment of 7,89,473 warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis to Punit Makharia, Chairman and Managing Director and the Promoter of the Company (allottee) at an issue price of Rs.190.00/- per warrant upon receipt of 25% of issue price from the allottee in accordance with the provision of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 by way of circular resolution on Saturday, 28th August, 2021.

The Securities Allotment Committee of Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals has allotted the following securities to the lender banks by part conversion of their secured loans pursuant to the Resolution Plan for restructuring the debt of the Company (RP).

• 49,67,926 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.14.03 each (including premium of Rs.4.03 each) on preferential basis.
• 14,366 0.1% Secured, Unlisted, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable & Optionally-Convertible Debentures (OCD) of face value of Rs.1 lakh each on preferential / private placement basis.
