Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited clarified that the company is not launching lithium battery powered cycles as suggested by some media reports.

“This is in reference to various media articles stating ‘Himadri Group to launch of lithium battery powered cycles in Bengal.’ In this connection, we are continuously receiving queries from various Investors & Analysts and therefore, we wish to clarify that: The listed entity “Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd” (Himadri) is not launching lithium battery powered cycles.

Any investment committed to the launch of the aforementioned product shall not be funded or provided by Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd, it said in a regulatory filing.
