Acutaas Chemicals Q1 FY27 profit surges 70.4% to Rs. 74.99 Cr

Acutaas Chemicals reported total income of Rs. 331.48 crore during the quarter

Specialty chemical manufacturer Acutaas Chemicals has delivered a strong start to FY27, reporting a sharp rise in revenue and profitability for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
 
The company’s consolidated revenue from operations climbed 59.1% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs. 329.67 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs. 207.24 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
 
Profitability also witnessed significant expansion, with consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) rising 70.4% YoY to Rs. 74.99 crore, against Rs. 44.01 crore in Q1 FY26.
 
Acutaas Chemicals reported total income of Rs. 331.48 crore during the quarter, marking a 48.5% YoY increase from Rs. 223.17 crore recorded in Q1 FY26.
 
Profit before tax (PBT) surged 78.9% YoY to Rs. 103.91 crore, compared with Rs. 58.08 crore in the same period last year.
 
The company posted a basic earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 9.07 per equity share with a face value of Rs. 5 each, compared with Rs. 5.41 per share in Q1 FY26.
 
Total comprehensive income stood at Rs. 72.83 crore for the quarter after accounting for the negative foreign currency translation impact recorded under other comprehensive income.
 
Total expenses during Q1 FY27 stood at Rs. 227.57 crore, compared with Rs. 165.10 crore in Q1 FY26, reflecting increased business activity.
