Aether will be the current sole contract manufacturing partner for a key strategic product for Milliken
Aether Industries Limited (Aether) has executed a contract manufacturing agreement with Milliken Chemical and Textile (India), a wholly owned subsidiary of USA headquartered Milliken & Company (Milliken).
Under this agreement, Aether will be the current sole contract manufacturing partner for a key strategic product for Milliken. The initial duration of the agreement is 10 years. Aether's manufacturing facility Site 3+ will be fully dedicated for this project.
This product partnership will transition from Aether's CRAMS (Contract Research and Manufacturing Services) business model to Aether's Contract Manufacturing business model.
