The Indian government has implemented several programs and initiatives aimed at promoting balanced use of agrochemicals, such as the National Program on Integrated Management of Diseases, the National Program on Soil Health Management, and the National Program on Organic Farming.

Farmer education is another key strategy that is being implemented to promote sustainable agriculture in India. The government has initiated several programs aimed at educating farmers on best agricultural practices, including integrated pest management, crop rotation, soil conservation, and water use efficiency. These programs have been successful in promoting sustainable agriculture practices and improving the livelihoods of farmers.

The government is committed to investing in these strategies to support sustainable agriculture and food security in India.
