The Board of Directors of BASF India Limited at its Meeting held on 22nd May, 2020 approved the proposal to evaluate options regarding acquisition of 100% stake in BASF Performance Polyamides India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of BASF SE (Parent Company) at such consideration as may be determined by an Independent Valuer.
The board has also recommended a dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share i.e. 30% for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved, by the shareholders will be payable on or after 11th August, 2020.
