BASF, the trusted partner for India’s construction sector, is launching three new solutions in India under the Master Builders Solutions brand. These applications, designed to minimize resource consumption, improve productivity and ensure buildings’ durability, are suitable for all types of construction projects, including infrastructures, car parks, traffic decks, industrial, commercial and residential buildings.

India’s construction industry is growing rapidly. With an average annual growth rate of 7.4 percent, it is expected to overtake Japan as the world’s third-largest construction market, according to PricewaterhouseCoopers. In particular, the need is growing for durable, affordable buildings and structures that minimize resources used in construction and maintenance. “Simple, intelligent solutions tailored for the construction industry will play a critical role in making India’s Smart City initiative a reality. Our solutions meet this need: they are designed to improve functionality, durability, energy- and cost-efficiency and easy maintenance,” said Nilotpol Kar, Business Director, Construction Chemicals Division, BASF South Asia.
