BPCL to supply sulphuric acid to FACT

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) has signed a long-term Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT), marking a new milestone in this enduring partnership. The MoU was signed by Sujeet Jayarajan, State Head, BPCL, and Jayanthan B, CGM Materials, FACT, in the presence of Sanjay Khanna and S. Sakthi mani, Chairman & Managing Director, FACT. The agreement for the supply of Sulphuric Acid from Kochi Refinery paves the way for the establishment of BPCL's first Sulphuric Acid Plant, making BPCL one of the select few refineries in India to produce Sulphuric Acid.

Ion Exchange India awarded international contract of Rs. 503 crore

Ion Exchange (India) Limited has been awarded an international contract by Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., for the supply of filtration units in the Middle East, aggregating to USD 52.83 million (approximately INR 503 crore, based on the prevailing exchange rate). The project is scheduled to be executed over a period of 18 months.

Toyo Engineering India bags SAF FEED contract in Mangalore

Toyo Engineering India has been awarded the FEED contract for M11 Industries’ HEFA-based Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project in Mangalore, Karnataka. The facility will utilize Topsoe’s HydroFlex technology to produce SAF from renewable feedstocks, supporting aviation decarbonization and India’s clean energy transition.
