NACL Industries subsidiary commences commercial production   

NACL Industries Limited is pleased to inform that the greenfield project (i.e first phase of the project with capacity of 6,000 MT per annum) of NACL Spec-Chem Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NACL Industries Limited, at Industrial Plot No. D-2/11/B/3/2, GIDC Estate, Dahej-II Industrial Area, Bharuch, Gujarat has successfully commenced its commercial operations with effect from December 28, 2022.

Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Limited has informed that the commercial production of the phenolic resin plant at Ankleshwar, Gujarat with 6,500 MTPA capacity will commence from 1st January 2023.

Privi Speciality Chemicals' board approves investment in solar power project

The Board of Directors of Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited has approved an investment in solar power project, by way of equity participation through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to the extent of 26% of the share capital of the SPV subject to finalisation of the terms and conditions with the proposed SPV.

The company has now entered into a Power Purchase agreement (PPA) dated December 28,2022, and a Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement (SSSHA) dated December 28, 2022.
