Neogen Chemicals approves closure for Rs. 600 crore QIP issue
Neogen Chemicals Limited has successfully concluded its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), raising approximately ₹600 crore. The capital-raising committee approved the allotment of 26.61 lakh equity shares to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) at an issue price of Rs. 2,255 per share, establishing a strong institutional backup for the company's growth programs. With this, Neogen's total paid-up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 27.38 crore to Rs. 30.04 crore following the allotment of 26.61 lakh equity shares. The QIP proceeds aggregate to an investment of Rs. 600 crore to strengthen the capital structure.
CARE Ratings reaffirms credit ratings for Dhanuka Agritech
Dhanuka Agritech Limited has announced regarding the reaffirmation of its credit ratings by CARE Ratings Limited. The rating action follows a review of the company's operational and financial performance for the audited financial year 2025-26 and the unaudited results for the first quarter of financial year 2026-27.
CARE Ratings reaffirmed the rating for long-term bank facilities at 'CARE AA; Stable' across Rs. 30 crore rupees in fund-based limits provided by HSBC Ltd. and HDFC Bank Ltd. Additionally, the rating agency reaffirmed 'CARE AA; Stable / CARE A1+' for long-term and short-term non-fund-based facilities totaling 33.00 crore rupees across the same banking partners. The overall rated bank facilities for the agrochemical company stand at Rs. 63 crore.
Petronet LNG to establish 10 CBG plants with Gruner Renewable Energy
Petronet LNG Limited has approved a proposal to incorporate a 50:50 joint venture company with Gruner Renewable Energy Private Limited. The proposed joint venture will be formed as a Private Limited Company to construct, operate, and establish 10 Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) plants across India. Each of the planned CBG plants will feature a production capacity of 18 metric tonnes per day (MT/day). The project carries an estimated total capital outlay of Rs. 1,200 crore.
