Tata Chemicals completes acquisition of Novabay Pte.

Tata Chemicals Limited completed the acquisition of Novabay Pte. Limited through its wholly owned subsidiary TCIPL. The transaction involved acquiring 100% equity share capital of Novabay, fulfilling all conditions precedent from the Share Purchase Agreement announced in December 2025.

DCM Shriram Chemicals bags IIChE–MRC Award for safety

DCM Shriram Chemicals, Jhagadia unit, has won the IIChE–MRC Process Intensification for Sustainability Award 2025 for Excellence in Intrinsically Safer Process Design & Practices.

The award was presented in the august presence of Prof. M. M. Sharma and Prof. Aniruddha Pandit, Vice-Chancellor, Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT)  Mumbai, recognising the company's continued focus on strengthening safety systems and responsible operations across its facilities.

Aksharchem India resumes production at H-Acid plant

Aksharchem (India) Limited has resumed the production effective from 19th March, 2026, after a planned shutdown of H-Acid plant located at Village: Indrad, Chhatral-Kadi Road, Mahesana-382715 which carried out repair and maintenance. The said shutdown does not have any material impact on the Company's financials.
