Business to improve from Q2 says AksharChem

The company has sufficient export and domestic orders in hand to scale up the production capacity utilization and also has sufficient stock of raw materials to meet the production requirements.

AksharChem (India) Limited expects business will start improving from Q2 FY 2020-21 and expects normal business from Q3 of FY 2020-21.
 
The profitability for Q1 FY 2020-21 is expected to be affected due to lockdown however, an improvement in profitability is expected in Q2  of FY 2020-21. The company has adequate capital to meet the current business requirements of the company and AksharChem is in a comfortable liquidity position to meet its commitments.
 
Considering the fact that the situation is exceptional and is changing dynamically, it is very early to assess the future impact of COVID-19 pandemic with reasonable certainty however the company is confident about adapting to the changing business environment and responds to regular in hand orders suitably.
 
The company had already communicated the resumption of operations/productions at the manufacturing plant with effect from 22nd April, 2020 after obtaining requisite approval from the concerned authorities and is scaling up the production/manufacturing capacity of the company gradually.
