Colonial Chemical Solutions (CCS), a division of Colonial Group, has announced the acquisition of Integrity Partners Group (IPG), a specialty chemical distribution platform that includes the legacy operations of Chemisphere and Chemsolv.
The move significantly expands CCS’s footprint in the US Southeast, adding complementary assets, capabilities, and expertise to bolster its chemical distribution and handling operations.
IPG unites established businesses known for high-quality systems, disciplined processing, and deep supply chain expertise. Both Chemisphere and Chemsolv have longstanding industry reputations for operational excellence, strategically located facilities, and efficient chemical handling.

The combined organization will operate as an integrated chemical distribution and handling company, uniting the strengths of Colonial Chemicals, Chemisphere, and Chemsolv to enhance customer service, expand supply chain reach, and streamline operations.
