The Thermal Lamination Films production line of Cosmo Films Korea Limited, a wholly owned Subsidiary of Cosmo Films, is being relocated to India and will be installed alongside the other thermal lamination films production lines at the Company's existing plant at SEZ, Shendra, Aurangabad, (India).

Post relocation, the production line will become operational in Q2 FY24-25 and enable the company to realize the benefits of cost optimization and improved capacity utilization.

Cosmo Films Korea Limited will henceforth operate as marketing, sales, and distribution outfit in Korea for the company's products manufactured in India.
