CRISIL has placed its ratings on the Rs.95 crore cash credit and Rs.30 crore letter of credit and bank guarantee facilities of Clariant Chemicals (India) Ltd (CCIL) on ‘Notice of Withdrawal’ for a period of 60 days, on CCIL’s request; the ratings will be withdrawn at the end of the notice period. CRISIL has also withdrawn its ratings on the company’s Rs.20 crore non-convertible debentures and Rs.30 crore short-term debt programme as there is no outstanding amount against them.
