Diamines and Chemicals Limited has received on January 19, 2021 a sale certificate for Industrial Plot No. D-2/E-16, in Dahej Industrial Estate, Dahej, Ankleshwar.
The said Industrial Plot is acquired under e-auction process held through Liquidator/IP appointed by Hon'ble NCLT, New Delhi in the matter of Exclusive Fibers Limited (under Liquidation), on January 19, 2021 after making full payment.
All the legal procedure of title clearance, transfer formalities with local authorities and physical possession of such acquisition of Industrial Plot is under process.
