Dow has received a 2021 FutureEdge 50 award for its Predictive Intelligence capability - Dow Polyurethanes’ flagship digitalization initiative.

The Predictive Intelligence capability, created in collaboration with Microsoft, was recognized for its cutting-edge innovation in transforming the Polyurethane product development process. Predictive Intelligence combines Dow’s material science expertise with Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) experience to reimagine R&D, speeding up the 2-3-month long product development process for Polyurethane formulations by 200,000x, reducing the discovery phase to just 30 seconds.
