Fairchem reports growth in yearly earnings and profit
The company's sales rose 21.59% to Rs 1630.61 crore as against Rs 1341.04 crore in the previous year.

Fairchem Speciality Ltd reported a solid growth in its yearly earnings and profit for FY20 however its Q4FY20 numbers were down as against last year.
For the full year, net profit rose 87.11% to Rs 176.33 crore in FY20 as against Rs 94.24 crore during the previous year. The company's sales rose 21.59% to Rs 1630.61 crore as against Rs 1341.04 crore in the previous year.
In Q4FY20, the net profit declined 10.60% to Rs 47.22 crore as against Rs 52.82 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. The sales declined 9.77% to Rs 398.42 crore as against Rs 441.55 crore in the pervious year.
The company has recommendated dividend @15% i.e., Rs 1.50 per equity share (on par value of Rs.10/), subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing AGM.
