Fairchem Speciality Limited and Insecticides (India) Limited have resumed their operations as per guidelines of central government and state governments.

Fairchem Speciality Limited and Insecticides (India) Limited have resumed their operations as per guidelines of central government and state governments. 
 
Fairchem Speciality Ltd (FSL), the listed company and its material subsidiary Privi Organics India Limited (POIL) has started manufacturing operations. FSL’s sole manufacturing plant of Oleo Chemicals at Village Chekhala, Taluka Sanand which was closed with effect from March 25, 2020 pursuant to directives of government is scheduled to commence manufacturing operations from today. Various manufacturing plants of Privi located at Mahad in Maharashtra and Jhagadia in Gujarat pertaining to Aroma Chemical business of Privi Organics India Limited continue to be functional. 
 
On a combined basis all the plants are working at varying capacity with an average of 70% to 80% for all plants put together. Privi has been servicing its customers even under current circumstances, to ensure and meet its contractual obligations for customers to manufacture goods falling under essential services.
 
Insecticides (India) Limited has resumed its operations at factories, offices including corporate and registered office with reduced strength of manpower as per directives of the respective state government or central government guidelines, as applicable. 
 
The company is adhering all preventive measures as per various circulars of government of India and states governments at its factories and offices.
