Fine Organic Industries Limited has got approval from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) has given its approval to keep continuing manufacturing activities at the factory premises situated at Plot No. N-2, MIDC Additional, Ambernath, Thane.

The Maharashtra Pollution Control Board had uploaded a notice on its website directing the closure of operations at factory premises situated at Plot No. N-2, MIDC Additional, Ambernath, Thane for alleged violation of the provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention and Control Pollution), Act, 1981 and the Rules made thereunder.

The company informs that the operations at the facilities of the company have at all times been carried out in compliance with the applicable laws and the company is committed to comply with all applicable laws to operate all the facilities in an environmentally friendly manner.
