Fineotex Chemical Limited, a special chemical producing company, has acquired a plant premise located at Additional Ambernath (near Mumbai) measuring approximately 4 acres. 

 

The company has completed all legal formalities such as registration, transfer of the said factory/plant premise and the possession has been taken. 

 

The facility will primarily cater to customer demands in the existing textiles speciality business as customer demands in new businesses such as home care, cleansing, hygiene and drilling speciality chemicals. The company is planning to commence activities on the plant soon. 

 

The company is engaged in manufacturing of speciality chemicals and enzymes for extile and garment industry, water treatment industry, leather industry, construction industry, paint industry, agrochemicals, adhesives and others.
