Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited had earlier announced about updates on 33,870 TPA (85% H3PO4) (equivalent to 21000 TPA - 100% P205) purified phosphoric acid plant at Dahej complex. The company has achieved commercial production.
The Board of Directors of the company earlier approved the upward revision in project cost to Rs. 520 crore for phosphoric acid plant at Dahej. The company had earlier planned to invest Rs. 390 crores for this project.
